      - Many good people - Many opportunities to work on projects outside of your core focus area

      Cons

      - If you get stuck on a bad project or an unsupportive team, you'll feel trapped and have a bad experience - From a job safety perspective - IBM only cares that you hit your billable utilization targets. If you do a good job but don't meet your utilization, you're out of luck. If you do a poor job and hit you're utilzation, you're safe.
