-free breakfast in the mornings

-They hire foreigners by saying English is the working language and leave them in German speaking crowd, company language is definetely not English unlikely to Berlin IT scene -Data analytics service seems to be bundled with a part of a bigger collaboration with clients basically it is about account management rather than what is called 'analytics' in a real world and both sides are aware of it -Data team does not have access to key data sources to conduct proper analysis, actually proper analysis is not expected from Aperto as clients do it internally and keep passing unwanted, boring tasks to Aperto which does not require any expertize. So Aperto is nowhere near to analyze, make an impact or help its clients about decision making. -Clients are very rigit, far from digital mindset, mostly banking and insurance companies in German speaking region -Relationships with clients are not collaborative, it's mainly ad hoc 'do this asap' sort of chain of command -They do not even have a basic level of toolset to conduct analytics work. There is no proper reporting or A/B testing tool, no access to databases, only front end of web analytics tools which most of the times as a regular business user which requires getting permission from client for anything.. -Team does not really have people with sound knowledge and experience in analytics -They use IBM's name to advertise themselves but to be fair this is a very old, traditional German digital agency, nothing more even if it was acquired by IBM recently -No defined work streams, processes, it is a nightmare to get something done even internally -Company has a sick hour booking system which you get reminded a few times every day through remainders on Slack, emails from HR and team managers -No real job satisfaction everyone is after booking sufficient hours to get fully paid every month -Apart from salary there is no benefit, basically it is not really an IBM company yet I left immediately even during COVID-19.
