      Pros

      You can make a lot of money if you have no skills and a gift of gab.

      Cons

      Upper management doesn't listen at all. No one is managing anyone. Having to find your own work within an archaic 400k person place is a bit daunting. No ownership or constructive criticism. Everything is run by the salespeople with no regard for anyone who is not directly involved in getting their contract signed.

      Pros

      Lack of projects gives you enough free time. IBM brand name would look good on your resume. I can’t think of anything more.

      Cons

      Low pay. No transparency in performance based rewards. Delayed payment of bonus. Very low bonus. Too many processes involved even for basic things like getting your laptop.

      Pros

      Payment is fine, work environment is good, people are mostly nice, although there are heavily pressured projects, atmosphere is relaxed. Recommended if you want a no-frills position.

      Cons

      Unmotivated staff, bland products and run-of-the mill tasks, outdated product portfolio, large legacy projects, old technologies. It looks like that after the acquisition by IBM it could be a "factory for also-ran deals". Lot of old staff leaving.
