      Company with a big name and big bureaucracy

      Flexible schedule, access to important clients & global b2b projects, knowledgeable workforce

      Cons

      bureaucratic internal processes, lack of in-house testing devices (always dependent on the project expenses for this)

      Pros

      Good leadership in NA for a time who knew how to win business.

      Cons

      Good leadership all got pushed out and/or fired. Global has much power, but no connection to NA. Driven more by ego and cronyism than what's right for the business. Acquisition was ill-conceived; didn't do their homework now stuck with a bunch of unhappy people on both sides.
