      Pros

      Company is big and there are opportunities to network across different parts of the company. Working with different clients can be exciting because you get to tackle different design problems.

      Cons

      Growth of your career is dependent on the projects you get staffed on. You adapt to the market by becoming more of a generalist, so it is hard to be an expert in a specific area of UX. Additionally, you are a consultant before you are a designer; you will need to grind to help with sales between projects.
