Pros
Flexible working hours No swap-in or out time tracking Minimal HR intervention Lots of opportunities to work and learn almost any technology. Minimum paper work as all the workflows are automated. Internal trainings are very good and you can go for any training on any technology as per own interest.
Cons
The only con which I can point out is less salary compared to market. But this fact they themselves admitted during induction program.
