Knowledge of various industries or one industry (depending on which department you get allocated to) You get to meet some geniuses from top B Schools
Cons
Low pay Hectic work pressure at times (most of the times actually) Management does not have a vision and there is enough micro management for one to get pissed off Worst IT infrastructure and worst compliance team (they literally try to patch up things for the moment and no long term planning)
