      Good learning curve for freshers Decent work life balance, depends on the amount of workload one is willing to take on Good paymaster but no relation of incentives with performance

      Receptive to location change, accommodative in helping an employee through personal challenges. If you have been consistently a good performer, there are opportunities to change teams and sectors. Best thing: zero politics, no favouritism
