      Work hours - Excruciating work hours One will be asked to work during all 7 days during quarter ends and year ends High power distance, you can never express honest opinion to your boss/super boss They dont pay you well if you are from Tier 2 or Tier 3 management institutes it creates a huge divide, as the person who is from IIM will get higher salary / role for same or less amount of work done

      Open and approachable culture. Very friendly people. Good learning if you are a part of the right team

      Redundancy of tasks specially at junior levels which completely takes away your creativity and zeal to work on the actual job i.e. Analysis.
