      Pros

      Perfect place for freshers aspiring to do well in financial sector, great learning experience, freshers should focus on learning/delivering quality rather than being a part of race to execute large number of cases, work life balance is best in industry, independence for the analyst to execute cases single handedly is a real plus (although only in few mid corp teams), client interaction is a great positive, interaction with RC committee is again a different experience in itself

      Cons

      Shift of focus on quantity of cases rather than quality (in Mid corp group) is demotivating the quality analyst
