      Reward hard work that's had a commercial impact. Potential for development in your country and at Group level. Highly skilled team to bounce ideas off. Like-minded teams created across the world.

      Cons

      In some areas lacking diversity, but this is improving. No private healthcare.

      Good culture and leadership. Systems aren’t best in class, but a good place to work. Salaries are above average as well.

      Systems are slow and outdated compared to the rest of the industry

      1.Growth Potential is limited 2.Though being a multi-national, the management in Kenya is yet to embrace the ideals and culture of a multi-national. 3.Lacks a formula for performance management. 4.Some sense of nepotism is evident within the company. 5.The company has not invested in employee growth and development
