      Agree with your comment that IMCD is a great place to work. Most of our new offices are in capital cities or large cosmopolitan areas. In the US we have recently opened a state of the art facility in Cleveland which is worthwhile checking out.

      Ok for an in between job, not a career (unless you enjoy being overworked)

      Good environment and lovely people Emphasis on social events Decent prospects

      Cons

      Overworked staff, high turnover so always training new people which causes major dips in quality of work. Certain teams refuse to hire extra people to spread out the workload yet expect the quality to consistent. Rely heavily on undertrained people and do not compensate for the additional workload expected of them. New starters do not receive bonuses until after a year of employment

      Agree with your positive words about the colleagues in IMCD. Workload needs to be monitored indeed to make sure it is evenly distributed, fair point, in a way it is a consequence of a fast growing company...
