      Many thanks. We indeed are growing constantly and have a flat structure in which we value the freedom to act and entrepreneurship. By the way, we believe that selling specialty chemicals and ingredients is not only incredibly sexy but also essential in keeping industries running. Lock downs and Covid has proved how essential chemical distributors can be.

      They need to work on communication and processes for the business to be more successful. Lack of transparency is an issue.

      Cheap health insurance and decent 401k plan.

      Cons

      Terrible management and processes, They really only know how to acquire businesses to help their stock value, then they ruin the business they purchased.
