Good working environemnt Scope for improvement to learn and grow (Carrer growth) Mid year salary corrections for the star performers if they dont satisify during annual hikes Rewards and Recognitions Work life balance, WFH facility, cab facility (paid) Lot of activities like hackthon, sports (every month), birthday celebrations, team lunch/ dinner /outgoing, annal day celebrations / specific BU celebrations (Full day) at resort / 5 star hotels

Cons

Still using lcegacy technologies like MSBI No latest technologies being offered for the database developers, however it is based on employee interest and project scope Variable pay is fixed @ 12.5% on CTC, Mostly they don't pay full, though it is based on employee performance
