Pros
Excellent company for existing IMS Health. Legacy [Company] employee get nothing compare to same level of new joining, discrimination for new and old. good benefits but no reasonable promotion or performance merit increase for many years.
Cons
Micromanagement, after VP there is not organization hierarchy, everyone is team member and micro manage all of them. yelling in working place. no forward looking idea or improvement. no appreciate or engagement for good works. developer performance are gauged by bug count fixed not by quality of work put in.
