The company is highly respected and a world leader in R&D and Health Data

Cons

People are overworked and the leadership (within EMEA TA) are very junior The majority of the team are very disappointed with the leadership. It’s very junior in EMEA and I can’t think of one good thing to say unfortunately. It’s a culture of self promotion which is really unhealthy

I have been working with Public health practice which lacks pros of its own. My colleagues working with IQVIA speaks highly of their management and practices but I can not say the same about this division.

Opaque culture; favoritism; lack of clarity in leadership; no strategic direction
