      Great health insurance benefits and ability to mostly wfh.

      Cons

      Very high workload with low salary. You can get at least 30% more in base elsewhere. You are expected to work early mornings to late nights to keep up. Very outdated internal processes with half being done via spreadsheets. No diversity. Managers are a hit or a miss.
