Pros

Get to travel, great coworkers. Infusion pumps from bd guarantee time

Cons

They do not recognize Inservice hours Being eligible for 32 hours but actually working more on site potentially They do not care about people, you are just another contractor, once they do not want to renew your contract anymore they will just get ird off you, with no reason. Also there is a lot of issue with not recognizing people’s paid for not working weeks, even for the weeks that you do have overtime they do not want you to report it because it is too expensive for them, they should recognize more the employees

Pros

Company has strong name recognition

Cons

The role I accepted was presented as a consultant position, but the day to day responsibilities aligned much more closely with an engagement manager role. Onboarding and training were minimal, with most guidance limited to PDFs and informal learning. Team representation was limited, and internal support was inconsistent when navigating challenging client interactions. In situations where concerns were raised, escalation often felt risky rather than protective, which made it difficult to feel supported while doing client facing work. My employment ended abruptly and communication around the separation lacked clarity. System access was removed during the workday while I was actively completing client requests, and clarification only came after extended back and forth with IT. The situation was later acknowledged internally as having been handled poorly. Compensation and severance did not feel aligned with the scope of responsibility or the circumstances surrounding the role. Overall, the experience highlighted gaps in role clarity, training, employee advocacy, and consistent internal support.
