      Move mountains without resources

      Pros

      Remote work is typically offered. Excel macros creators receive awards.

      Cons

      Lack of effective training, management accountability, systems infrastructure, and acquired company integration. Bonuses are often redistributed, so what was offered during hiring is never what you receive. Excel is the primary tool. Financial strain has triggered layoffs, so the staff left must absorb that workload without additional headcount or resources. Burnout culture is common along with ableism and in-fighting between teams. Little to no promotion opportunities. Salaries are much lower than biotech with higher volume of work and do not keep up with inflation.

      The work was interesting in the industry.

      Cons

      Extremely poor management. No project management or planning. Layers of management and few resources actually doing the work. Trying to offshore as much work as possible. Very little training.

      Hybrid work and Good experience.

      Cons

      Low pay for quality of work. No work/life balance. No room for growth. Also when I put in my 3 week notice they terminated me after 1 week.
