      Toxic Work Environment / Job description not honestly descriptive.

      -Good benefits -Diverse -quick on-boarding

      Cons

      -At the end of every quarter there is an UNHEALTHY push to close revenue gap -Never expect to go on vacation without your laptop/ you will work on vacation- do not fall for "unlimited PTO", you will be working (off-hours, vacation, etc) -Lots of High Performing-Toxic employees -Very little sense of teamwork -Overpriced solutions/ competition is taking a lot of market share -Almost no formal training program available- you are expected to know solutions/offerings on your off-time -Most of the GTM team has their own agenda...everyone is out for themselves -under paid for work being done

      Pros

      Salary is reasonably set to ensure applicants want to join.

      Cons

      1. Preferential treatment is a norm. People are hired and promoted based on who they know and not what they know. 2. Managers set unrealistic goals that cannot be met. 3. Managers use PIPs to force employees to quit, even when PIPs are unfounded and goals are unrealistic. 4. The company is a dog eat dog environment. Building relationships with coworkers is discouraged. Team members are not encouraged to share responsibilities or experience. 5. The turnover rate is absurd. Most employees quit after 1 year.

      100% remote- no other pros.

      Cons

      No real Company Culture and no effort to establish a positive culture. Too many compliance processes, rules and regulations that defy common sense with no explanation or reasoning. Very little collaboration or support.
