      Quintiles is a destination where ppl with fake experience gets noticed than ppl who are honest/frank about there previous work experience

      Love it but Workload is a Killer

      Pros

      IQB has exciting work (cutting edge biotech clients) and great team members/colleagues. It's also nice to be a small spinoff from the main "mothership" but still have access to the incredible technology the main company offers.

      Cons

      The work NEVER ENDS. Never. The company promotes "work-life balance" but it is impossible to achieve if one is to fulfill their deliverables. You either sacrifice your CTM work to complete the multiple (and often redundant) metric reporting systems, or you complete the reporting systems on time and neglect your clients. OR: you work 7 days a week to attempt to accomplish both and still don't get either one done.

      Sexual harassment and nepotism

      Some management and working level staff try their best to deliver and sell - self motivated and passionate people Pay is reasonable

      Cons

      Sexual harassment in Asia - working level staff will warn each other of which men to avoid (too handsy or looking openly at your chest which made women feel uncomfortable). Was on the receiving end of someone from senior management who had very inappropriate behaviour with me. Realised it was a regular occurence - Confirmed when I discovered other women with the same experience. Despite complaints being lodged, these men still get promoted. Nepotism - old boys club and politicking within senior management, causing a lot of restructuring and attrition. In one year, you can change managers/supervisors 4-5 times
