Pros

Not one single thing. It was like being in an abusive relationship. I am angry I have to give even one star.

Cons

I stayed here for two years. Monitors have zero support. Managers do not care. If you live to work, then this is the place for you. This is literally the worst place I have worked.....no one at this company cares about people or work/life balance. You work and work and still get told to do more....you have been warned....

Pros

Smart people, unlimited sick days

Cons

Terrible culture. You’ll never make a difference here, it’s dominated by 4 white men who are as arrogant as you can get. Women do all the work and men fail up while the women go no where. No one tells the truth, a lot of backstabbing. They put men in roles for which they have no experience and bypass experienced women. Con men at their best. Leaders have been there so long they have no idea how out of touch they are.

Pros

Fully-remote/work from home, career progression ladder

Cons

I worked remotely for the Global BIOS team for 4 months. The department is incredibly understaffed right now so everybody is being overworked to try to get projects completed on time. I was constantly working 50-60 hours per week but told not to bill all my hours because my studies were running out of hours. But then because my billable hours looked low (<90%), they were assigning me more review work and studies so I was regularly working late into the night. I received snarky emails from the BIOS Resourcing Team when I tried to secure programming resources and felt totally unsupported by them. But then I was yelled at by my Project Manager and client, being told it was "not an option" for me to not complete studies by the agreed upon deadline. I quickly felt totally burned out from working so hard and feeling totally unappreciated and unsupported. It's worth noting that shortly before I left the internal professional women's network hosted an "Out of Overwhelm" workshop for overwhelmed female employees. Maybe if you need to host a workshop for all of your overwhelmed employees, something else within your business needs to change. I was sold a different version of the company during my interview process and was so disappointed by the reality of IQVIA. I was really heartbroken to leave because I hoped it would be a company I would stay with for a long time, but I know leaving was the best decision for my mental health.
