No improvment in your career

-Much lower pay versus industry standard. -Little upward movement or promotions for many due to outsourcing. -Tiny bonus and merit increases that don't get anywhere near the rate of inflation. -Long-time employees are not valued resulting in low morale and eventual exit. -Large increase in outsourcing to save money which is resulting in a massive study quality decrease. -Project Team members are all burnt out and frustrated. -Upper Management has focused more on department revenue than quality of the studies being conducted. -Processes that are implemented are redundant and waste more time than they save. -Poor work/life balance.
