Pros

If you are from the same region as that of your manager, then you can survive and climb up the ladder. If you are from the same religion as that of your manager, then you can survive and climb up the ladder. If you are from the same caste as that of your manager, then you can survive and climb up the ladder. If you can bribe the higher management then you can easily survive here. Higher Management who have no technical knowledge can also survive since the company has assigned them a job to create fake anonymous account and write good review for them on social media. So, even people without any technical knowledge can survive here. Subsidized Meals which is available at cheaper rates and better than State Governments Indira canteen. Whenever they conduct any quarterly meeting, employees get to eat some samosa's. Though people complain about samosa quality being bad, believe me it is very much better than the Meetings speech. Throughout the year now and then, they arrange photo sessions in the name of helping patients and there one can take selfies and post it all over the social media which in turn helps to bring Fortune rankings to the company. Recently the company got Fortune 500 ranking and some people were speculating that Fortune ranking was given to the company after they found that the company was using Fortune Refined SunFlower oil in their subsidized meals! If you know the art of bucketing the higher management then you can survive without any technical knowledge.

Cons

If you are not from the same region, religion, caste of that of your manager, then this place might be a hell for anyone. Even fellow colleagues wont give you proper KT if you are moved to a new project and you are not from the same region as theirs. The rating system is like WWE scripted show, where each wrestlers will be given push based on their relation with the higher management. The company management boasts that they are serving patients, while in reality no one care for any patients. By working in that company, I lost my health and when I requested the higher management for role change, they denied and tried to use me as a Jobber to safeguard one more resource who was close to the higher management. I had never done any bad to anyone in my life, but when my health condition degraded, this company higher management treated me as a burden and eliminated. But God is great. He sent one great person to help me, who is still giving me free treatment(even after I was out of this organization and I had no money for treatment). Even after I left the company they delayed issuing me my Relieving Letter for nearly 90+ days claiming that they had some issues with some Resource Management software. If one starts writing about the cons of this organization one can write a voluminous book. But many people in the organization might not agree with my reviews, because they are all well set since they belong to same region/religion/caste of their managers and even their hiring process is as such. They hire people from their own region/religion/caste , but one exception to this rule is, if you are a good looking and fair lady you may also get selected in this organization.

Unfortunately downhill since merger

Pros

Unlimited career options and good growth potential in most areas, you learn a ton, they are a strong leader in most areas they conduct research in, especially clinical trial and real world evidence studies.

Cons

Benefits and culture on a serious downhill slide since merger with IMS (from legacy Q perspective). Different areas of the company that overlap in services compete with each other rather than collaborate and this seems to be encouraged. All male leaders (very rare exceptions) at the top in an organization that is probably more than half female in ranks. Respect for medical and scientific expertise over selling data has slipped.

Pros

They changed their branding! but not underlying product

Cons

The mindset behind the leadership in IQVIA is to buy and replace a business need. They bought Cegedim for strategic data, however they left the failed CRM business as is, with no change. They shoved the all development team to Warren location with no oversight of senior management. It turns out to be a horrible place to work. The director runs the place like a dictator. If you are looking for experiencing horrors of working 3rd world countries come here. Verbal insults, cunning politics and diminshing employee morale is a very common practice. HR is no show, repeated complaints go to deaf ears. Nobody is happy. If you are woman and looking for a job, please avoid, its no good. Product managment is total failure. Old cegedim implementation after losing clients found solace as product management. Horrible folks to work with, they have no idea of product instead focus on making the place sweatshop. Unless they shake the cage in warren.
