1.long hours, wlb not good 2.toxic culture, boss can be pushy, very good at PUA 3.underpay salaries, lower than industry average 4.office is very small, hard to book a meeting room 5.annual leave says 15 days, but in reality, good enough to use 10 days 6.very little employee benefit, bonus is incredibly low, no fun activities, no annual party, no new year gift 7.slow promotion, limited internal promotion and pay rise
