Pros

I worked with a great, diverse group of people who were always friendly and helpful. My manager was laid back (but strict), and approachable. Training at Quintiles was also great. We also had the option of working from home a couple times a week, as well as when the weather was bad which is always a good thing. Pretty good benefits.

Cons

Pay is LOW, LOW, LOW, and you are constantly reminded that you are bottom tier by the higher ups. Once you get 1-2 years of experience, leave. Quintiles has a good training program, and will provide you with a wealth of clinical research knowledge while working there. Unfortunately, it is extremely hard to move up from CTA (only laterally, and then up). Other companies will snatch you up once this experience is received, and offer you more money than Quintiles ever would.

Cons

Lack of respect for employees, work-life balance Productivity fueled by fear of being laid off Bonus pools rarely rewarded to the masses vs. senior management Annual review on a "curve" - for you to succeed, others must fail

Pros

Working from home option is available.

Cons

1. Company pays good initially after that doesn't give good hike, in fact they reduce your current pay. 2. Management plays cheap tricks to retain employees like reduce CTC, initially they mention to pay variable pay, later they won't give it at all. 3.Company policies keeps on changing as per higher management needs. 4.They ask people to work like slaves without even recognizing individual efforts
