-Well known company in pharmaceutical industry -Opportunity to learn from true health care experts and real practitioners experience treating patients and running clinical trials -Consulting group's small size allows for relatively quick growth and ability to assume leadership roles

Cons

-More well known as CRO than consultancy -Silos between divisions makes collaboration between areas of Quintiles challenging -Salary less competitive than standard across highly regarded consulting firms -Bureaucracy even within small consultancy - power, knowledge, and decision making still in hands of a few
