      Pros

      Overall good experience. Seamless operation with host company. Good product training and support. Quintiles does make an effort to rehire former contract employees. I would work for them again.

      Cons

      I worked on a very small specialized contract to launch a reformulated psych med. Host company totally miscalculated launch projections and ROI. 2 year contract ended on only one year and host company went out of business.

      Pros

      You are trained to become highly adaptable to different domains in healthcare and to different situations. As an outsourcer Quintiles posses massive amounts of data to ensure you get the best information needed.

      Cons

      Although the wages are competitive in relation to other similar companies. The bonusses, unfortunatly, are next to nothing. This does get compensated by the fact that work - life balance is very nice.
