      You feel valued, home-based positions, good colleagues, many opportunities for exposure to new therapeutic areas, phases, and sponsor companies

      Cons

      Your success at the company is based on how strong/knowledgable your line manager is - I had to figure a lot of things out by myself. Luckily one of my colleagues had a great line manager, so I was able to get a lot of info from/through her. Without her, I would have been totally lost.

      Pay,benefits,the facilites provided are good

      Cons

      Growth,promotions are nearly nil.Even if you get a promotion,the responsibilites donot change or nearly as same as your previous one.No support for higher education.Work From home is available but depends on the manager.
