Great work/life balance...some concerns regarding constant changes

Great work/life balance, lots of talented and pleasant people to work with

Cons

There seems to be a lot going on in terms of restructuring, moving, etc. In the current economy, change is not surprising. The problem is that the changes aren't broadly communicated until there's been an information leak via the rumor mill. The salary is ok-- not anything to jump up and down about but not horrible, either.

I was able to work independently on very interesting projects. People worked collaboratively within teams and across departments. The benefits were very good include vacation time.

Cons

I have no negatives. This company treated me very well for over a decade.
