      Pros

      Good management system. Colleagues are nice and helpful. Unique culture and value: everyone do their work for the same goal: bring a new health to our world

      Cons

      The salary and other benefits are quite low especially in Vietnam. Work/life balance is sometimes affected: the job 's pressure is quite high compared with the salary that we get.

      Very nice people to work with. The management really tries to help employees have a good work-life balance and they really care for our growth.

      Cons

      It is no secret in a CRO company - sometimes when the deliverable timeline gets close, we have to put in some long working hours. I mean - LONG!
