      Pros

      Moved away from QCR, great place for an entry level CRA, nice benefits package.

      Cons

      Lack of work/life balance, low end on salary, expect visits to be completed if schedule has days available even if metrics met for the month, changing systems often that requires training; however, time for training is limited, competitive for advancement.
