      Pros

      Work from home opportunities Training opportunities Respected Love my co-workers I could go on! I worked at Quintiles from 2004 - 2008 and was trained, respected and flourished as a CRA to a CTL. I decided to try my hand at Sponsor companies... and learned that I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Quintiles, they're organized, transparant (work hard = promotion) and diverse! SO happy to be back and I don't plan on leaving again.

      Cons

      New systems are sometimes difficult to learn... Business Development sometimes tries to get contracts with companies that we should stay away from.

      Pros

      I think it has relatively good benefits, it's a global company, also have multiple openings at different location around the US and the world.

      Cons

      I think it maybe of a too huge, complicated organization, so sometime , it's hard to get to know the big picture about the company.
