      Health program $1300 PC purchase and genuine proof to Dilbert's principle.

      50-60 hrs weeks, 2.5 persons workload, management closes a blind eye.

      Pros

      I learned a great deal about the industry. A great place to learn the trade. Compensation and benefits are competitive. The largest and most innovative CRO in the world. The senior leadership are very forward thinking.

      Cons

      Quintiles has re-structured to the point that a monitor has no where to go in the company without jumping into different departments. CTLs are being phased out for CPMs and current CTLs are havhaving to go back into monitoring with no hope of ever getting out. The model of giving monitors up to 8 protocols in hopes of keeping most monitors local, does not work except in the biggest cities. If you are based in the midwest, Minneapolis, Chicago, Omaha, St. Louis are all considered "local". Quintiles has become overgrown. It is hardly the team oriented evironment that is was 5 years ago.
