      Pros

      Flexible working hours, open communcication between management and employees. Continuous training opportunities foir staff, and lastly satisfactory pay packages. Will recommend to others.

      Cons

      Too much workload at times, company should consider staff manpower before getting on business and deals. Staff participating in too many projects at times, unable to focus effectively onto projects.

      Projects are coming in the industry. Happy to work for the company. Looking for opportunities within the pharmaceutical industry. Recommend the company to anybody!

      Cons

      Soem of the projects might not come as often as I would like. Still hoping that a project will come available.
