      Pros

      The people are nice and the enivorment is pleasant. The 401-k is good, nice match. The hours are good, nice work life balance.

      Cons

      the health benefits are to expensive. the commute is to long. I preffered ot when it was a public company

      Easy work environment Do not need to be especially sharp to succeed Very easy to float by if you are liked by management.

      Cons

      Constructive criticism is neither offered nor accepted. Yearly reviews are rubber stamped, no employee input. Management by bullying.
