      Recent privatization has lead to multiple departures at each level Prior to privatization the organization experienced growing pains due to the inorganic growth of the consulting organization Not a traditional management consulting organization

      One can learn a lot in consulting approaches.

      Cons

      A little too busy. Only limited to pharmaceutical industrial, which will make the future career path a little narrow. However it on the other side means professional.
