No Room for promotion and those that are made are political. No work life balance, no compassion, flexibility depends on how much your manager likes you. Prefer to promote incompetence so another manager has to deal with employee

Loads of training - personalised development plan. Very good career progression opportunities - managers are keen to help employees who want to advance with their careers.

Cons

May need to work long hours but that's true everywhere if you want to advance your career

There are no promotions or advacement in Quintiles. Promotions are usually done to a small amount of close knit people in the Corp office in NC.
