      Very supportive management. Great work life balance. Autonomy, but with guidance if needed. Great, if you like to travel a lot.

      Hired through length of contract, so longevity isn't promised.

      Pros

      Line manager is fantastic and supportive with any issues. Study managers work to support CRAs as well. Do your work and be honest and it will be appreciated.

      Cons

      As with any CRO, some sponsors are a pain and study management can become challenging. The company you work for doesn't change this inevitable reality of big business.
