Benefits are good - healthcare insurance and 401 (k).

Cons

Because your colleagues are around the world (and 60% of the workforce works from home), you could have very little face-to-face interaction with team members. If you work in a large office, you could sit near people who have nothing to do with your projects, your day-to-day work, etc. It is a very silo'd environment.

Good people with incredible backgrounds, work life balance, and decent mgmt.

Cons

Some women are trying to make you look bad so they look good, pay is way below even the minimum going rate for that position, always a lot of work because they take on more mergers and acquisitions but dont hire more people for the workflow, no communication, leaves you saying I dont know to coworkers, health benefits are at a very high cost to the employee, some positions have very high turnover, some executives have favorites and it's very noticeable, some people get away with a lot while others working on nights and weekends to prove their worth get no recognition at all.
