So stressful work. They demand too much output when in fact you’re handling so many studies with different queries across 1000+ sites. They expect too much from you. Little did they know that you almost spend hours trying to solve 1 complex issue then you can jump other one which could take almost 2 hours again just to find solutions. Training isn’t enough for this role and they must allocate atleast a month for the training, not just for 3 days and follow up training of 2 weeks!

If you want to know what is was like working on a British sugar plantation in the 18th century, by all means work here as one of their abused slaves while incompetent people in UK and Europe mismanage and destroy American teams and expertise from afar. You will be harassed daily, and your career will be damaged for years to come. Rampant discrimination, cult like leaders, no bonuses or raises. Lies abound. Benefits suck.
