      Easy going culture. Nit busy. Hard to find work to fill schedule. No rush, like typical CRO

      Cons

      No promotions or salary increases. Promotions are based on who your manager is and if they like you. Same applies to how much work you get. Some people don't get promoted for 3 or 5 years. Hard to move around to different departments too.
