Pay is good and there is a focus on skill-building and career progression. Opportunity to begin working as programmer with limited professional experience as biostatistician and transition quickly into biostatistician role. Generous incentives for talent referrals.

Cons

I've had to work some overtime, but not much and not often. Other coworkers in same position have worked substantial overtime. Little vacation time starting out and vacation time builds slowly.
