Working at Indeed has completely changed my life. Every sales job has its pros and cons but the Pros MASSIVELY outway the Cons. I came from a call-center and so I did not have high expectations heading into another sales job. Within the first month of working here, I traveled to the US head office for a week, had a chance to meet all my co-workers at our Happy-hour and made a HUGE bonus while still in training. Indeed does a great job of settling you into the AE role and not many other corporations offer that within the first month of working there. - Unlimited Paid Time Off - Incredible Corporate Culture/Teams - Fun, Young, Upbeat office - Free Food - Extremely competitive bonus
Cons
- People who deserve to be promoted - don't, due to weird politics - Be more transparent about Quotas - we have no idea how they are created - Client Books have too much movement within the quarter - CRM crashes mid-call - Not Good Benefits at all
