Pros

- Brilliant, kind teammates who make even the most chaotic days tolerable. - Interesting projects that actually felt impactful. - Benefits are top-notch (truly no complaints). - Pay was fair (not amazing, not terrible).

Cons

- Imagine if someone put a company into a snow globe, shook it twice a year, and called that “strategic realignment.” That’s the reorg situation. - Leadership changes so frequently it feels like a game of musical chairs, except the music never stops and half the chairs are on fire. - One CEO out, the former CEO brought back in, and with him, a level of strategic wisdom that amounts to: "What if… more revenue? Brilliant! Release the reorgs!” - Employee wellbeing feels like an afterthought at best.

Pros

The food in the cafeteria

Cons

No Leadership, Too much red tape, and their corporate values are just BS. They pay their marketing people completely different salaries and spent 3 years "looking into it" rather than rectifying the situation. They let their Trump driven board make decisions rather than allowing leadership to make the "right" decisions. They lay people off with an email and then shut down their computers. Tenured employees received the same severance as people who worked there for a year.
