- 100-140k OTE for SAE, - challenging environment with room for significant personal and professional development - I work as an senior account exec within the growth segment of the business. I see passionate management team handling a period of rapid growth as well as possible. - pension - the usual office perks etc.. - possible to take 30+ days off if u get ahead of your number

Cons

- growing pains all over the place but accepting these are going to be there with a positive mentality towards helping yourself, your team mates and your clients grow will stand you in good stead - the inevitably poorly set up accounts that come up from acquisition every quarter add to our effective growth rate. Hold these accounts and their churn in escrow for one quarter - confusion over new products that seem to be rolled out before they are ready
