Pros

Snacks, Happy Hour, benefits, colleagues. The operations team is trying the best to make people feel like a part of the company.

Cons

Management - bad managers, who love micromanaging and lying to your face, No support or trust. Favoritism deluxe. Product - great product overall, however a lot of bugs and little information about how it actually works so mostly you make up something to explain it to clients. Daily work - most boring and one dimensional sales: call, call and call more. Even if you know the client is not interested and you have nothing more to offer. If you do bad, it is your fault, never the book, lack of support etc. Client management - we always say that we are consultants and not sales people, but accounts get reassigned so often that you can not build a trusting relationship with the client. Work with other departments - very bureaucratic, but people in the teams are actually nice and also struggle with their own problems like CS and finance, who have not enough people to cope with all the assignments. HR - never believes you or to scared to do anything. Manager who poison entire teams are kept in the company, which increase turnover rate. Internal mobility - worst I ever encountered. They rather hire new people then give people a chance internally. Only company I know who does not favour internal over external candidates.

Pros

They give you a branded notepad and coffee mug on first round interview

Cons

Extremely long interview process (3 months) 6 rounds, no clarity, no interim feedback, interviewers lacked experience and understanding and were unprepared, solicited feedback from my contacts without my approval, in the end gave a meaningless and incorrect reason not to offer position. I was buzzed to start, really looking forward to working in Indeed but that was easily the worst hiring experience of my long professional career. Advice: Stay away
