Pros

It's one of the best companies to work. I worked as a recruiter. Company culture is really outstanding, every communication is very transparent, especially leaders in the company are very friendly, easy to approach. No politics and ego. I experienced lot of healthy team work and understanding among team members in HR as well as in other teams. When communication style is elaborate and culture is free of ego and filled with cooperation then obviously one would love to work with more dedication. I use to work in Hyderabad office. It was one of my best experiences in my career. If you are getting a job in Indeed then just don't miss it by too much thinking about its plus and minus, I have seen more reasons to work and more plus points to work than minus, specially wherever we work people around us with whom we work everyday are important, And trust me you will encounter true humans who really want to help you in your career growth, their mission itself is to "Help People Get Jobs", and every employee truly works towards their mission.

Cons

Not much, it is still growing in India. There are enough challenges to solve. Every company learns from mistakes, I did not see any big minus point. If you want to join the company in Hyderabad or in any of the other global centers then just go ahead. Its going to be a great journey,

Pros

Free breakfast and lunch, open PTO, casual dress

Cons

This job started out really exciting but now it's obvious there is nothing left for me here. It's mostly busy work that is not challenging or inspiring so you get burned out quickly. A lot of people have great ideas to increase efficiency but they fall on deaf ears, so it seems like there is no end to the inefficiency. The rest of the week is just meetings that don't result in much of anything and I honestly don't see the point. At best, your Team Lead will put you on a project that you spend months on that ends up going nowhere. The pay is already on the low end for the Austin market and you can only get a very small raise once a year. The only growth opportunity is to become a Team Lead so if you don't want to manage people this is basically a dead end job.
