Pros

Nice atmosphere onsite Great events all around the year Happy hours on fridays

Cons

Little progression opportunities, most managers got their position because they were there at the right moment, not because they are skilled, they don't know how to elevate the team and the individuals. Talents goes to waste.. No transparency, the whole leadership is being shady, you have no idea what's coming on your head next.. Very few benefits onsite (lunch only once a week, no gym...), compared to other similar company they are probably to worst benefit-wise. Little to No flexibility regarding Work from Home or "unlimited PTO", they are not really unlimited or at least it depends on who your manager Lowest salaries of the whole "New Tech" market

We appreciate the time you have taken to leave us a review about your experiences of working at Indeed. As a current employee at Indeed, it’s really disheartening for us to hear about your negative experiences. We’d like to comment on a few of the things you have mentioned. We’ve grown really quickly in Dublin and it’s important that we strike a balance between offering career development by promoting internally, and also hiring externally to increase the experience level of our people. We actively encourage employees to have ongoing conversations with their managers about their career growth and our internal employee development page offers different career planning toolkits to help guide career conversations and explore future opportunities. We’ve also just launched our internal career pathing tool ‘M.A.D.E. #insideindeed’, which is focused on fostering continuous creative thinking during an Indeedian’s career path so we would urge you to take a look at that. You mention our open PTO (Paid Time Off) which is a benefit for everyone and we want employees to take off as much time on holiday as they need, as long as they are hitting their targets and have manager approval. We take feedback from our employees extremely seriously and would ask that you speak to your local HR Business Partner or email us at inside@indeed.com so we can talk further about your experience.

Pros

Start up atmosphere & Good benefits for the employees.

Cons

Leaders at the top management are mostly in US & doesn't know much about issues at the ground level. High handedness and bureaucratic. Don't like to be challenged or questioned about the existing process.

Lack of management training. Has grown a lot very quickly which has led to an unclear understanding of roles and responsibilities.
