We appreciate the time you have taken to leave us a review about your experiences of working at Indeed. As a current employee at Indeed, it’s really disheartening for us to hear about your negative experiences. We’d like to comment on a few of the things you have mentioned. We’ve grown really quickly in Dublin and it’s important that we strike a balance between offering career development by promoting internally, and also hiring externally to increase the experience level of our people. We actively encourage employees to have ongoing conversations with their managers about their career growth and our internal employee development page offers different career planning toolkits to help guide career conversations and explore future opportunities. We’ve also just launched our internal career pathing tool ‘M.A.D.E. #insideindeed’, which is focused on fostering continuous creative thinking during an Indeedian’s career path so we would urge you to take a look at that. You mention our open PTO (Paid Time Off) which is a benefit for everyone and we want employees to take off as much time on holiday as they need, as long as they are hitting their targets and have manager approval.
