Pros
Indeed is listed as one of the best tech companies to work for, and that's not by mistake. It truly is an amazing place to work for. The work environment is awesome (egg chairs are so cool), there's a lot of events that you can attend, and volunteer programs that you can participate in. The benefits are OUTSTANDING, and you really can't beat open PTO. The people are super friendly, too!
Cons
So far, none! I think for people that are paid salary, it's a little difficult to have a good work/life balance, but if you can learn to adjust your workload and talk to your leads/managers, I think it's definitely doable.
